In order to achieve transformation and upgrading, to make progress in stability and create the situation of sustainable development, we shall cultivate the “motive power”, promote culture construction, and carry forward “Dragon Boat Spirit” to comprehensively improve the culture leading ability.
As the Chinese proverb goes, “when people work with one mind, they can even move Mountain Taishan.” The greatest role of corporate culture is to regulate people’s minds, rationalize people’s hearts, and unite people together. The greatest value lies in the recognition and practice of all members. We shall formulate the standard of middle- and high-level managers’ behavior to strengthen their executive power. We shall actively carry forward the “Dragon Boat Spirit” featured by “concerted effort and continuous struggle for first-class performance”. We shall take “l(fā)oyalty for work and hardworking for achievement” as our target. The superior department shall lead the subordinate department to make progress with the former as the model for the latter. “When brothers come together, there is nothing they cannot achieve”. We shall use WeChat, website and internal magazines to further strengthen corporate propaganda so as to promote righteousness and deliver positive energy. Propaganda is also another way for implementation. We shall strengthen information exchange so that the superior can grasp the information of the subordinate and the subordinate can understand the spirit of the superior. The assessment towards information reporting and news reporting shall be strengthened. The implementation of the spirit of the annual work conference shall be given priority. The leaders of each division, functional departments and units shall be the first responsible person. They shall refine all the relevant matters and make sure that the time nodes, responsible person, guarantee measures, and staged results about implementation shall be reported. The Office of the Chairman should strengthen the supervision and notification to ensure that the executive force at all levels is in place.
