On the morning of May 23, 2018, the people’s government of Yong ping and Zhonggang construction group co. LTD held the reconstruction project of Dapingde to Pudu Highway in Longjie，Yongping and the commencement ceremony of PPP Project for municipal road construction project in Shanyang in Longjie. Four major leaders of the Yong ping team attended the commencement ceremony, the party secretary Azeri announced the commencement of the project, the county magistrate Zi Yunfei delivered a speech, the director of the transportation bureau Zhang Xin introduced the project, and Fei huayong delivered a speech on behalf of Zhonggang construction group.
Both of the reconstruction project of Dapingde - Pudu Highway in Longjie and the PPP project of the municipal road construction project in Shanyang town are among the four projects in Yong ping that have passed the evaluation of the Ministry of Finance and entered the PPP integrated information management system of the Ministry of Finance. The estimated total investment of the project is 143 million yuan, and PPP mode is adopted for construction. Zhonggang construction group co., LTD. and Yongping Transportation Bureau jointly cooperate in the construction, operation, management and maintenance. the reconstruction project of Dapingde to Pudu Highway in Longjie, Yongping starts from Dapingde of national highway 320 and ends at the Pudu toll station of Dabao expressway, with a total length of 17.1 kilometers, a subgrade width of 6.5 meters and a pavement width of 6 meters. The pavement structure is asphalt concrete pavement with an estimated investment of 37.42 million yuan. The municipal road construction project in Shanyang town is estimated to have an investment of 104 million yuan with a total length of 4.72 kilometers. The construction content includes roads, bridges and culverts, water supply and drainage, electricity, lighting, greening projects, etc. Upon completion of the project, it will improve the traffic capacity of the town areas from Dapingde to Pudu and town areas of Shanyang in Longjie and promote the local economic and social development.
